Cox returns to Legislature after cancer treatments

State Sen. Dave Cox, R-Roseville, returned to work at the Capitol on Monday after being out for a couple months.

The lawmaker who represents Lake Tahoe in the Legislature has been battling prostate cancer for 13 years.

    A little vague on the info here. Has he been ABSENT while battling cancer for 13 years and only just returned to work? Or was he just gone for a short time during a small battle in the big war?
