Do I live in a vacuum, or is this really the first we are hearing of this? As a parent of an eleven year old that rides his bike in a nearby neighborhood, this is info that might benefit knowing about it ASAP. Curious as to the lag. Good job laketahoenews.net , please keep updating if possible. Nada on the Trib or the Appeal.

Kae, are there Amber Alert procedures when a child has not been abducted, but there is a hightened concern due to risk of the perpetrator trying again with another child? It would be great for the public to learn about this.

Thanks, as always, for your great reporting!
