Guest Zamboni driver brings attention to SLT Ice Arena

Howie Nave — comic, radio guy, Lake Tahoe News movie reviewer — is also a huge San Jose Sharks fan.

He is pictured here in the jersey the team gave him when he sang the national anthem at the Shark Tank a few years ago.

Nave wore the jersey this week as he drove the Zamboni at the South Lake Tahoe Ice Arena.

Nave’s goal is to lure the Sharks to South Tahoe to practice in the off-season.
