• Boulder Bay, the redevelopment project replacing the Tahoe Biltmore on the North Shore, has scaled back the project from 300 to 275 rooms, and reduced retail space by 2,000-square-feet to 18,715.

• LPA Inc. and the Lake Tahoe Unified School District will be receiving an Award of Excellence in the Specialized Project Category for the recently completed South Tahoe High School “Green” Academy and Stadium View buildings, and the in-progress Joint-Use Student Union and the Tahoe Arts & Design Academy facilities. This award will be presented at the C.A.S.H./CCAIA Awards lunch Feb. 22.
