The National Weather Service has issued a winter weather advisory for the Lake Tahoe Basin from 10pm Saturday to 10am Sunday above 6,500.

The brunt of the storm is expected between 4-10am.

Snow will be as low as 6,000 feet Saturday night.

Poor visibility is expected over the mountain passes.
