Electric company plans open house
South Lake Tahoe’s new electricity purveyor, Liberty Energy-California Pacific Electric Company, is hosting an open house for its customer base on April 4.
The ribbon-cutting presentation sponsored by the Lake Tahoe South Shore Chamber of Commerce is scheduled for 11am at 933 Eloise Ave. KTHO’s Paul Middlebrook will broadcast from the site.
Hours of operation are set for Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm.
Liberty Energy recently took over the South Shore’s approximately 48,000 California customers from Sierra Pacific Power based in Reno.
