Investigators are trying to figure out if the death of a Placerville woman at the Horizon casino in Stateline was intentional or accidental.

The body of Loretta Sangara, 68, was found July 1 at 10am. Douglas County sheriff’s officials say she fell from a 14th floor balcony.

Deputies are not releasing further details.

The investigation is continuing.
