track• South Lake Tahoe has track meets for all ages on Thursdays from 5-8:30pm through July 28 at South Tahoe Middle School.

• Sierra Nevada College humanities Professor Robert King won the Purdue College of Liberal Arts Distinguished Dissertation Award for 2011. His dissertation research focused on the ontology of systems in the history of philosophy.
