All that paperwork could be avoided by only hiring American citizens.

The resorts are hiring less foreign workers. Which is good, but the flavor they bring here is priceless. Two words… Brazilian Night

omg. Does Tahoe really have so much time and money on its hands, that it delve into imigration issues? Follow the laws folks. And if the state or country doesn’t give a —-, then live it up and do whatever the —- you want!

All employees have to have an I-9 on them, no matter where you were born, if you’re a citizen, or not.

Chambers will always offer workshops to help their members follow the regulations correctly. This isn’t an immigration issues, just an issue to keep compliant.
