    Let’s see, I would lay off 19 employees, put anouther large part of them on part time status taking away thier benefits, and give myself and a few others big pay raises for doing more work. That otta do it!

    I would dissolve the City and end all the controversy, redundancy, unnecessary bickering, dissatisfaction, bad decisions, and higher taxes.
