Authorities are investigating what caused a Navy helicopter crash about 100 miles south of Reno on Thursday.

The Navy MH 60S is assigned to the Naval Strike and Air Warfare Center at Naval Air Station Fallon.

It crashed during a training mission in a remote part of Bridgeport.

All five crew members on board survived, but were taken back to NAS Fallon for medical treatment.

All are in good condition.
