Love this idea of acts of kindness. I actually saw drivers on Hwy 50 letting people in the left turn lane go in front of them. Small thing. But nice thing.

One simple act that brings a smile and a sometimes surprised thank you from the recipient is just holding the door at the post office for the person following you.

A neighbor raked my pine needles after they did their yard. Thank you.

Lake Tahoe News is nominating LP in Meyers who was concerned about a neighbor’s cat that had been stuck in a tree and was doing everything she knew to get it down.

    The cat is home safe.

Love this contest…kindness should be a part of everyone’s day. An example would be in the Raley’s at the Y parking lot..how many times have you let someone back out? Its little things like this that go far. Sandy and Del are right…its also just holding a door for someone, male or female or letting people turn, or, moving to the fast lane on 50 so people can turn onto the road. Let’s all be kind!
