The boat launch facility at Cave Rock will be open from 6-11am on Christmas Day.

The hours are because of holiday staff reductions in the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency’s watercraft inspection program. Watercraft inspectors are provided by the Tahoe Resource Conservation District and are important in protecting Lake Tahoe from the threat of aquatic invasive species such as quagga and zebra mussels.
