A man accused of allowing a campfire to grow into a small vegetation fire has been arrested in Truckee.

Truckee police have not released the name of the man arrested July 15 after the 3pm blaze broke out.

The fire was behind the Old Gateway business complex on Donner Pass Road. The fire burned about a 20 foot by 100 foot area of forested land.
