    Awesome !

My great friend, Marnel King, of Crossfit San Jose (where I workout), won the Masters 55-60 age group!

    These athletes are amazing!

Tim is the man! He is a great coach and amazing competitor who brings out the best in everyone around him. Tahoe is very lucky to have had Tim as a representative at the Crossfit Games. This sport/lifestyle is no longer a minority cult. The Staples Center had it’s biggest crowd ever at the Games and more than 30,000 people competed around the world in the Crossfit Open that started Tim’s path to the Games in January.
Congratulations Tim and everyone at South Tahoe Crossfit!
