Holiday lighting is glowing warmly at the gateways to North Lake Tahoe in Kings Beach, Tahoe City, and Squaw Valley, brightening moods and building a festive atmosphere for seasonal shopping, dining and recreation. Benefiting from a North Lake Tahoe Resort Association Infrastructure grant, North Tahoe Business Association (NTBA), Tahoe City Downtown Association (TCDA) and Squaw Valley Business Association (SVBA), have contracted with Starlight Enterprises of Truckee to install white LED lights on trees at the corner of Hwy 28 & 267, North Tahoe Beach, corner of Hwy 28 & Coon Street, the “Wye” in Tahoe City, and at the entrance to Squaw Valley. Special thanks to North Tahoe Public Utility District, Old Brockway Golf Course, California Tahoe Conservancy and Tahoe City Public Utility District for assisting with the pilot program. If you are interested in having new NTBA / TCDA member Starlight Enterprises install your holiday lights, please call Jake at 530.448.9493.
