There will be a candlelight vigil Dec. 15 at 5pm at Heavenly Village in South Lake Tahoe (near the base of the gondola) to mourn for the lives lost in Connecticut, and to stand for a peaceful world free of violence for all children.

The event is being hosted by Small World.

I am very happy that they are doing that tonight. My wish is for a world free of violence and hatred for our kids. Lets also remember all the children whom have died as the results of violence everywhere here in the US and all over the world. WE are all part of one human family.

I also wish to add how my heart goes out to the families of those precious little children and the adult victims of that shooting yesterday. I pray that they will receive lots of support. I just cannot imagine what it is like for them right now. PLease as one people come together to stop these tradegies from happening ever again.
