Bay Area woman dies at Homewood
A San Jose woman died while skiing at Homewood Mountain Resort on Feb. 13.
KNCO-AM is reporting medical personnel were not able to revive Yesenia Guadalupe Garcia-Ramirez.

A rumor floating around says a person walking from Booyahs at the top of the tram at Heavenly, slipped on the ice and fell down East Bowl and died. Is it true?
I wish we had more transparency with ski resorts.
The rumor is false. No one has died at Heavenly this week.

Staff please stop, she did die in the bottom of the tree. The good thing is Garcia was a strong woman she wasn’t scared to die she was a great helper she would pick you up with her chessse smile. I was with her Tuesday she was excited for the trip with her fiancé Jesse. RIP Garcia we all love you and everybody’s heart you touched and those are here waiting for you best friend. Omg I so miss you!

Yes she did past away :( she was such a sweet person . she had a huge heart . she has done so much for me and my family . she is a beautiful angel with a huge smile .i miss her so much . I love u Yesenia
Yes she did pass away.She was such a wonderful and adventures women to be around. and She is deeply missed and Loved by everyone who knew her. She is now with la virgencita and is watching down over us as our gardian angel keeping us safe.
