Officials with the Reno-Tahoe International Airport say things are getting back to normal Monday morning after a security breach caused the airport terminals to temporarily shut down.

Brian Kulpin says two people unintentionally went the wrong way through the security check-point causing officials to re-screen everyone who had already made it through security. This included those who had already boarded their flights.

Kulpin expects delays throughout the day and urges people to call their airlines and check the status of their flights.

What a waste of time and money. The American public is being subjected to “guilty until proven innocent” tactics by this new agency of the Federal Government (TSA) which is costing us BILLIONS of dollars every year. That doesn’t include the lost time of business travelers.

No mention who didn’t do their job until after the fact. Who will fall on their sword or be fired? One bad guy on an airplane can ruin your whole day. Do we need more TSA’ers? Look at all the jobs that can be created.
