Lake Tahoe Community College instructor Steve Fernald is putting on a demonstration July 16 at 6pm on how to cook with ingredients from a farmers market.

The free event is at the South Lake Tahoe library, 1000 Rufus Allen Blvd.

It is sponsored by the Barton Foundation.
