There will be an artist’s reception for Cherie Pinsky on July 6 from 6-8pm at Bona Fide Books in Meyers.

Her collection titled Bodie will be on display through July 22.

The work is gouache sketches of the historic California mining ghost town and canvases of Tahoe, San Francisco, and the West.

The reception is free and open to the public.

Bona Fide is behind the Getaway Cafe at 1069 Magua St., No. 4.
