Incline man convicted in gas station robbery

Jorge Miranda-Rivas of Incline Village was found guilty in Washoe County District Court on Sept. 11 on one count each of robbery with a deadly weapon, discharging a weapon from within a structure, assault with a deadly weapon and grand larceny of an automobile .

The robbery at the Chevron in Incline occurred Jan. 2.

Miranda-Rivas is scheduled to be sentenced on Nov. 7.
