A 15-year-old Shingle Springs girl has been found safe after having been missing since the first of the month.

Juliet Riffey was located unharmed near Cameron Park on Monday. Someone called 911 to say they had seen her. Then authorities located her.

El Dorado County sheriff’s detectives have ruled out any criminal involvement and are classifying this as a voluntary runaway situation.
