2 charged with illegal bear killing

Two men have been accused of illegally killing a bear in El Dorado County.

Jason Wilkison, 43, of Grass Valley and Christoppher Nunley, 54, of North San Juan in April allegedly used bait to lure a bear to a house near Grizzly Flats where it was shot.

They face felony weapons charges and misdemeanor charge of unlawful possession and killing of a bear.
