The Kings Beach Commercial Core Improvement Project continues to move forward.

AT&T has completed the utility relocation work at the Bear Street intersection and all traffic control equipment has been removed from that site.

For the next two weeks starting Dec. 2, road work will continue in the Kings Beach area near Plumas Bank. Highway 28 access to the bank will be closed Dec. 2-6, however bank customers will have access via Brook Avenue.

Winter utility relocation schedule will be weather dependent, and road work will cease during peak holiday periods. Utility relocations are necessary before the road work begins in spring.
