Caltrans seeks comments on Hwy. 89 project
Comments are being taken until Feb. 26 regarding a water quality project Caltrans wants to do on Highway 89 on the South Shore on land owned by the U.S. Forest Service.
The project requires a highway easement of 40 feet on either side of the center line.
