Kingsbury Grade is expected to reopen by 2:45pm Thursday after being closed for a couple hours because of an accident.

Two SUVs collided head-on at an angle about halfway down the Carson Valley side.

The two drivers were taken by air ambulance to Renown Medical Center in Reno with moderate injuries.

Further details, including names of those involved, were not immediately available from the Nevada Highway Patrol.
