Science and magic part of library storytime

The Golden Touch: Science Magic program is part of Douglas County Library’s summer program.

This special reading program storytime will be at Mormon Station State Historic Park on June 25 at 10:30am.

Beth Hyland and Christopher Turbeville will retell the myth of King Midas and his Golden Touch. Afterward children will perform experiments that include turning metal into “gold.” Everyone will take home a golden coin.

All ages are welcome.

Mormon Station is located on the corner of Main Street and Genoa Lane in downtown Genoa.
