A Placerville woman working as a caretaker at an Auburn residential recovery center was arrested June 18 for allegedly using a resident’s bank card to make purchases at local stores.
Amanda Marie Sinnott, 29, was an employee at Westview Healthcare. A 69-year-old man discovered his bank card missing and about $1,300 had been charged at two Auburn stores.
Authorities said Sinnott is on store video using the credit card.
