This is about California losing another few billion a year and the trend will continue with Moonbeam set to raise gas prices by a dollar a gallon through CARB and with the bag ban, Nevada will continue to gain as the money leaves California and is replaced with more entitlement wards of the state coming in from the open border and at some point the tax payers in Cal will not be able to pay it anymore because all of them that could left. Moonbeam was beaten in the debate to the point he was dumbfounded and frothing at the mouth and looked senile which isn’t far off.

PS Governor Brown is leading in the polls by close to 20 points. AND I’m pretty sure that it would be impossible for you to view that debate with an objective open mind.
