Three people have been arrested in connection with the November 2006 murder of El Dorado County resident Tobias Kaiser.

Eric Mehlmauer of Placerville was arraigned Jan. 20 on first degree murder charges and Ronald Garcia of Sacramento was arraigned on accessory after the fact.” Brian Daly was also arrested as part of this investigation but has not been charged with any offense.

Mehlmauer is accused of shooting Kaiser, who was a Somerset resident at the time, to death.
