Fire quickly put out at Tahoe City eatery

A Tahoe City restaurant was closed for a few hours today when a fire started in a light socket. The fire was reported at 1:23pm Aug. 6 at Rosie’s Cafe. The building was evacuated. There were no injuries. The restaurant expects to reopen later today. — Lake Tahoe News staff report
