The South Lake Tahoe branch of CASA El Dorado County is offering a training class for adults interested in becoming a volunteer advocate and voice in court for children. The class will begin with an introduction to the Court Appointed Special Advocate program on Sept. 17 from 4-5pm. Volunteers must attend every class. They are: Sept. 19, Sept. 26, Oct. 3, and Oct. 10 from 9am-1pm and Sept. 24 and Oct. 1from 4-5pm.
