Lake Tahoe News wants to know your opinion

Lake Tahoe News is about to start a feature to stimulate dialog that goes beyond the comments on stories. There are many issues facing the Lake Tahoe Basin. Some are of regional importance, some are more localized. This is an opportunity for your voice, your ideas to be heard.

The “Tahoe Facts” on the home page is going away and in its place will be a question. The question will probably change on a weekly basis.

If you would like to suggest a question, email it to info@LakeTahoeNews.net. Put “Weekly Question” in the subject line.

As with all comments, please be civil. Stick to the topic. Don’t insult someone personally.

Wildlife in action

These pelicans were noticed migrating and settling down for the evening on Easter.

The next morning before opening my shop — Fast Print Lake Tahoe — I went out and caught them rousing to start their migration again.
